Chris Hamilton is the owner of 

The Hamilton Group. He has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. His personal service and commitment are his priority, so if you need an Annuity, Financial Planning, Life Insurance, or Tax Preparation he can provide expertise and solutions for your needs, with emphasis on long-term relationship building. As a veteran and member of the American Legion, he strives to support veterans groups 

and their causes.

Dynah Edang, the "Finance Foodie Lady" with over 20 years of experience in the service industry, has been dedicated to her passion for helping others. Through various volunteer projects, women's support groups, and diverse service industry occupations, she has the compassion and empathy to ensure that people's needs are met. 

At the end of the day, spending time with her family makes her level of commitment that much more worthwhile. 

Zach is the Marketing Director at The Hamilton Group. He leads strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and client engagement. With 7+ years in the service industry, he brings a client-focused, relationship-driven approach to the financial sector. A former NCAA Division II football player at Upper Iowa University, he holds a BBA with an emphasis in finance, applying discipline, leadership, and teamwork to every aspect of his work. 

  Natalie Finkley is a dedicated, full-time Realtor with the TKR Team at RE/MAX Lakeside. She began her real estate career in 2016 and started building her team in 2020. Holding a broker’s license, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise to her role, motivating her team to reach their full potential and ensuring every member feels valued and supported. Her passion for real estate and commitment to growth drive her to deliver exceptional service to both clients and her team.

Real estate is more than a profession for Natalie—it’s a calling that enables her to connect with people, make dreams a reality, and bring joy to others. As a real estate referral partner with the Hamilton Group, she provides a comprehensive suite of services that extend beyond real estate. Additionally, as a licensed insurance agent with the Hamilton Group, she offers life, property, and casualty insurance solutions. Natalie goes the extra mile to tailor products to her clients’ needs, ensuring they’re well-protected and secure.

  Rosidah Abdul Shukor is a licensed life insurance agent with the Hamilton Group. Since 2019, she has also served as a Translator for buyers and sellers with the TKR Team at RE/MAX Lakeside, bringing extensive experience in real estate. Rosidah is passionate about assisting clients through the real estate process and through this has also identified a critical need within her community for families to protect their assets and loved ones through life insurance. She has witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when unprotected by life insurance and has been instrumental in educating her community on safeguarding their homes and families against unforeseen events.  

 John Olivier brings over 20 years of supervisory experience, known for his keen eye for detail and strong leadership. He has earned multiple recognitions throughout his career in the service industry, reflecting his dedication and work ethic. John applies the same high standards when working with clients, consistently striving to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling to new places, and attending exciting sporting events. 

Nick Vangsoulatda is a Marketing Associate at The Hamilton Group, where he assists in managing the website and social media platforms. He creates fun, lighthearted content on social media to showcase the team’s personality, while also sharing more serious and informative posts about the services The Hamilton Group provides.

With a degree in Information Science from the UWM-Milwaukee, Nicholas brings a tech-savvy, creative approach to everything he does. He’s always looking to learn something new and improve along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find Nicholas playing video games or relaxing with music.

Lucky Khamvongsa is a Marketing Associate at The Hamilton Group. He graduated from UWM–Milwaukee and holds a BBA with an emphasis in Marketing.

Lucky helps lead the group’s advertising and marketing efforts, especially through social media. He focuses on creating engaging, informative campaigns that connect with audiences and highlight the full range of services The Hamilton Group offers.

With a strong foundation in marketing strategy and branding, Lucky brings energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to the team’s digital outreach.

Emily Barber is a Marketing Associate at The Hamilton Group. She graduated from UWM–Milwaukee and holds a BBA with an emphasis in Marketing. She helps create comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies that showcase the company's expertise and personality. She works on content creation and coordination, ensuring that all marketing efforts maintain a consistent voice while reaching diverse audiences across multiple platforms. With her background in marketing, Emily brings a strategic mindset and attention to detail that help highlight The Hamilton Group's story and offerings. When she's not working, she enjoys going to the gym and exploring new places.

 Matt Hendricks is a retired firefighter who has committed over 22 years to his community. Known for his bravery and leadership, he mentored many young recruits and contributed to fire safety education, leaving an indelible mark on the profession. Since retiring, Matthew has pursued an adventurous lifestyle, embracing new cultures through travel and food. He enjoys exploring new restaurants and feels that food promotes cross-cultural connections. Outdoor activities such as motorcycle riding and boating allow him to enjoy nature while living an active, fulfilling retirement. Matthew's career in public service exemplifies dedication and resilience, and his love of life continues to inspire others around him. His journey is defined by his desire to make a difference and to live fully.  

 Melissamarie brings 30 years of service industry experience and 15 years in sales. As the owner of Beauty From Ashes, she is passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. A woman of strong faith, she is detail-oriented, an excellent multitasker, and balances roles as a business owner, wife, mother, and grandmother of seven. Her goal is to become a licensed life and auto insurance agent, contributing her expertise and adding significant value to The Hamilton Group and its clients.

Ali Naeim has a strong background in customer-facing roles, sales, and service-based work. His experience selling fragrances, working in logistics, and supporting clients in fast-paced environments has helped me develop the ability to communicate clearly, understand customer needs quickly, and follow through on every detail.

He focuses on building trust with clients by listening closely, explaining information in a simple and honest way, and making sure they always feel supported throughout the process. Reliability, consistency, and professionalism are the qualities he uses to ensure every client gets the right coverage for their situation. His goal is to make their experience smooth, stress-free, and personalized from start to finish.

Michelle Wojciechowski- a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She currently holds a role as a Clinical Administrator in a Primary Care/ Managed Care clinic setting. She is persistent in going above and beyond to ensure that customer satisfaction is met to the highest quality. Her passion has always been to assist and give to others and has built a various network of personal and business relationships, throughout the years. In her interlude, she enjoys being social with her family and friends, biking, traveling, or grabbing a pair of sunglasses to retreat to the beach. 

  Kristen Bruss brings with her over a decade of customer service experience and a dedication to family and relationships. She values hard work and ingenuity and strives every day to find creative solutions to her clients' financial needs. When not spending time with family and friends, Kristen can usually be found gardening, boating, or snuggling with her dog Gypsy.
